Chalkface Project - Terms of use

All Chalkface material is supplied on 14 days approval. Return anything you do not want for any reason, within 14 days of receipt, for a full credit or refund.
Any digital copies stored on your servers must be visible only within your institution, and only to users who have authenticated as staff of the institution on login. If you make files visible outside the institution, we will estimate the number of downloads and charge you separately for each one.
You may not use or keep copies of any material you decide to return, and must delete any digital copies. Before accepting return of digital content, we will require reasonable proof that this has been done.
Our material is supplied strictly for use within a single institution, or a single site for multi-site organisations. Within your institution, feel free to make as many copies as you like, and to modify them to meet your own needs.
Your school remains responsible for payment, whatever budget the money is drawn from.
We charge a flat-rate for burning, packing and posting CDs. Currently this is £3.97
Digital material incurs VAT at the current rate if supplied within the European Union.
