I found the resources to be most useful. I have being using the resources not in an actual classroom setting but I use it as one to one to develop the individual learners’ needs. Taking time to upskill learners; the learners have now settle down and they have started to build trust and to communicate effectively. However, I still need to plan activity for learners to develop their self esteem.
